A coated garage floor stops the concrete dusting, stops oil and brake fluid soaking in, and wipes clean with a mop. The whole job lives or dies on the concrete prep: we grind or acid-etch the slab so the coating can actually key into it, fill the cracks and pits, and only then lay the coating down. A coating rolled onto a sealed, unprepared slab will peel up with the tires — every time.

We check the slab for moisture and old sealer, then grind or etch it open.

Repair
Cracks, pits and spalled edges filled and levelled.

Coat
Base coat applied, flake broadcast if you want it, then the clear top coat.
