Florida sun and humidity are hard on exposed wood. Staining and sealing keeps decks, docks, pergolas and fences from graying out, cupping and splitting — but only if the wood is properly cleaned and dry before anything is applied. We wash, brighten, sand the rough spots, and let it dry before staining, so the stain soaks in instead of sitting on top and flaking.
Our Process

Clean
Wash and brighten the wood to strip the gray, mildew and old failing finish.

Dry & Sand
Let the wood dry to the right moisture level, then sand rough grain and splinters.
3
Stain
Stain applied and worked into the grain evenly, board by board.
4
Seal
A protective top coat for UV and moisture, with the site swept clean.
